Such a sad tiring day...

Today would have to be one of hardest days of my life. My Mum, Sister and Nan have all gone to Phuket, Thailand for three weeks. My Nan had left her dog Sarsha with me and my dad. Thanks Ben, its amazing how close you can get to certain pets. They really do become part of the family. I think you have a very similar relationship Samantha.

Yeah, she isn't a young dog. She wont be forgotten. Chris actually took a photo yesterday of us. I will have to get a copy off him.

...I wrote about Sasha in my journeybook on Friday. Of anything else I could say, what I wrote on Friday has the most depth...most meaning. Here I present it to you:

Kain's taking care of Sasha while his nan's gone. This is sad. This isn't the Sasha I know. I knew she was getting old (getting? She *is* old; has been for awhile), but I've never noticed it until now. I can hear her, wheezing. She was shaking on stumbling legs when Kain got her. It almost moved me to tears; there and on the drive up to Kain's. I've known her for so long...her mortality has never really hit me until now. Up until now, she's just been one of those...'factors' in the universe. It really saddens me.

And so I share your grief...I'm sorry.
