Have you read any of his novels? Sometimes I kind of have to fight my way into them, though I do like them.

Yeah, I've read Realware, which I really liked. I've always meant to read the rest of the series, but could never find them. Now I realize he has the ebook versions up for free on his site! What a swell guy/

Really? I was just looking at his site for free things, and didn't see them. That's part of the Ware Tetralogy(?) he's always talking about? I just read the free story he put up, "Mandelbulb," and it was a lot of fun. I've read a lot of short stories, Postsingular (which I got to through a short story) and Hylozoic, and I ended up really enjoying Spaceland, though I wasn't too sure about it at first.
