I'm trying to clean up my moms computer. I know that she has to much junk on her computer and i cant put anything else on it. I have deleted files and shit but its not working. I was looking for that pie to see how much space i had and i went into the disk defrag *we do that once a month* and i was looking around and clicked file then options. it ( Read more... )

3.85 kilobytes is like NOTHING. Whatever it is, if you did delete it, it wouldnt help much. Press the start button, than go to control panel, than go to add/remove programs, tell me whats on that list, and i can help lots.

Disk Clean-up, Ummmmmm... delete unwanted files. Virus scan it... get rid of spy-ware, ad-aware, all of that stuff.
BPS Spyware-Adware remover, is that I use.
