Also, I think you should make those things dentistry. Like, really crazy dentistry on young Johnny Depp in Willy Wonka type stuff. It would be hard to make, but since it's a sculpture you could use wire and it would end up totally cool because it's 3D.

Also, a maggot could be crawling up it.
