We've been slowly digging out all the baby stuff we've been gathering/given. When we had gotten the bassinet we had to set it up when we got it home because it wasn't in a box, it was used and given to us since the couple's grandchildren were too big to use it anymore ( Read more... )

Thursday I'll be 28 weeks pregnant. Start of my 7th month. Now I go back and forth with feeling comfortable with caring my little girl around with me. We felt the baby kick today! And I'll be darned, it's already aiming for my bladder...

16 weeks and 5 days. Around maybe 9:30ish p.m. I felt a couple odd little pokes in my stomach. Good news is, Tuesday we saw the midwife at the local clinic. I got my waaaaay overdue check-up and they found at least one heartbeat. It was very, very strong. I thought I was going to cry and my husband teared up too. It was so precious. The midwife actually treated me with respect and not like I was stupid. That's a big plus ( Read more... )
