we are being stalked by someone who is upset at me for helping someone he's victimized and defrauded for the last three years....

i helped someone get legal representation in a landlord-tenant matter...and she WON.

now, he's trespassing on our property, he tried to illegally enter MY HOME, and i've had to get the police involved and

Do you really have to leave the home? Can you work with your local cops to have them swing by at night & check things out?

Get a photograph and a witness of him on your property, get a recording and a witness of him calling and "Uttering" threats etc...
And take it all to the judge that issued the protective order.

There! Problem solved! 'Cause he'll be in contempt of court and in jail until he finally cools down and realizes whats at stake when he threatens you and yours...
