I remember this or a similar case being mentioned a few months ago. I think the charges against the victim were dropped in the end after public outrage.

Looks like it's the same case, which if it is means the last I read the contempt charges against her were dropped thankfully.

I don't even understand how a gag order like that can be legal. How can a plea bargain made without the victim's agreement possibly include restrictions on the victim? That's just... it doesn't even.
