it's SEAWEED!! sorry i don't live in a subtropical region of the planet unlike you! that's a shitty beach anyways. i dunno who decided we should go there. but i wouldn't be surprised to find shit somewhere. some dumbass city planner for Newport decided to build the waste treatment plant to close to the water, so if it rains too much during the summer, sewage runs off into the water and infests it with bacteria and they have to close the beaches.....which sucks cuz Newport beaches are the best....they stink they least. lol.
