I'm falling apart!

my knee hurts....i think it's falling off. well...it's actually just the craptastic joint pain that has been coming and going since i was about 12. it's not fun. i feel like i'm 80 years old cuz i gotta hoist myself up if i need to bend down to pick something up. it's awful at work.........especially if i need to get my ass some munchkins.....cuz
