That's a really cute house! My friends in DeKalb just sold their house. They had to bring a large check to closing with them.

Wow, you couldn't get a garage in London for that amount. Nice house, though. I guess it's a good time to buy for anyone who is a first time buyer.

Soon, houses will be $10k soon it seems, haha! People who bought in 2006 were dumb. Most of those people have lost their houses as a result thanks to the greedy banks, so sad.
