I know that the ending of CPD was not well received and I regret that I did not give it a happy and complete ending. However, at the time I just couldn't see a way to resolve all their issues without making it another 10 chapters.

So, here we are. This way I get to keep the angst, the pain, the fear and the anger that I built all the way through CPD Part one and have no conscience over the fact that I left you all up in the air.
