I'm not sure if I remember this correctly, but when they did the currency change over in 1966 in austrlia, they went from pounds, shillings, pence to dollars and cents.
I'm going to ask my mum to confirm, but I think a shilling went into a pound 20 times... but I'm going to check before I can say for sure. it depends on what era you are looking at too.
