YES WE CAN

I heard that speech in my car on the way home from my work (Australia remember) and ... I was so incredibly moved and he spoke like a preacher.

I also noticed, on the news last night, that there were these huge clear (bullet proof?) screens around Obama and his family as he gave that speech.

I am thrilled he got in, I'm worried about Prop 8 getting through in California, and I'm terrified he will be so GOOD for America that some redneck will assassinate him.

Prop 8 failed in CA and arkansas passed legislation to outlaw gay adoption...that made me cry in my car today but at least Obama got in.
