wow. that's a great place and a super good deal. I'm obviously living in the wrong place b/c there's barely anything under $1000 around here. Congrats!!
That's beautiful! The first 2 photos reminded me of my fiance's apartment, it's got wood flooring with a run just like that except in blue, and has 2 wood/marble fireplaces that dont work-except there's these UGLY heaters right in front of them...I mean come on, why did they have to go that far to block the beautiful old style stuff???
And it looks like you can actually open your windows! Nice! If you pay for heating though, definitly go for some of that plastic window insulation. Old windows leak heat faster than you can afford it!
Cincinnati as in Ohio? :D I'm originally from Ohio. The Cleveland area. Though I spent 2 1/2 years in the Columbus area for school. Anyway, believe it or not I miss Ohio! :D
Oh and I love your place! Old buildings are the best. So much character!
Believe it or not, I've never been to Cincinnati! I was looking at some schools there once. But that's it. Places like NYC are great to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there. I can only take them in small doses before it becomes oppressive.
I used to think (about the Cleveland area) that everyone was stuck. I'd see a lot of people leave and ultimately come back. I know why now. But that only happened when I moved down to the Columbus area. If I had lived right in Columbus I might have grown to like it too. But I didn't I went to Denison, which is about a 45 minute drive east. So I just ended up missing Cleveland a lot. It has a lot to offer, just as I'm sure Cincinnati does.
