Just disable anonamous comments.

If someone is so "omg I r t3h t00 coolz00rz for livejournal I have t3h real lifez00rz!!11111" Then they can act like someone with a real life a pick up a fucking phone if they need to talk to you.

Anonamous comments really have no real purpose. And you get the plethora of asshats who will stalk/take advantage of the fact that they're enabled if you leave them enabled.
