after much pushing and shoving and feet-dragging, i finally managed to start on one of my 3 papers due this week. i'm quite amazed at my level of unproductivity. even though i made a conscious effort to start researching early, i'm still stuck with having to rush like mad to finish 3 papers over the next few days. sheesh. oh well, there's not much
