i think the reason that girls don't want their boyfriends or whatever to go to places like that stems from jealousy... i mean, if my boyfriend wanted to go somewhere like that, i would be a little unsure about it. it's not that i think it is degrading to women... they choose that career, and i think that they deserve to have it, but why would my boyfriend want to look at them when he has me? i would feel inferior, and wonder whether or not i was good enough... maybe guys don't see girls in strip clubs as a comparison to other women in their lives, but girls see them as competition, and most girls don't see how they can possibly compete with a girl in a strip club... anyway, that's what i think.

degrading-ish, although if they chose that profession-fine. I don't know how would you feel if your gf only wanted to go to male strip clubs? It's not just b/c it's degrading, but also like kay said b/c of jealousy... and i mean -don;t you feel it's also [im not trying to sound corny, but..] making fun of love. I mean usually it takes a very close relationship with someone to the point of nudity, but here all it takes is a few bucks for a table dance....

i thoughouly understand each of your arguments, but to a guy, going to a strip club is not all about being horny. it's also about going out with the guys and doing what guys like to do. i mean, it's not like he is going to have anything to do with that girls ever again after that night. and besides, your not even aloud to touch the chicks.
