Do you think someone still has an LJ presence if they just comment frequently but don't often post? Weigh in here, flist.

Yes, BUT. If it's someone I "know" and like, I'm always a bit disappointed to see that they are still around but are NOT posting - I'd like to know what they are doing now.

I'd say yes, but then again, I haven't posted anything on LJ in over a year, and before that in 2010! I was never a big poster on LJ, I always had a seperate blog, but I used it as a way to interact with people (via comments) in my fandom of the moment.
