So for a stretch of time I've got absolutely nothing to do. No school, no job, all my friends seem to be tied up in work/school/lives...

So lately I've been wasting my life, but I've decided to change! I started painting again, and I'm thinking about a couple painting projects I want to work on. I'm actually kind of excited. I haven't done anything

This is really fucking good. The colours are fantastic. I can't believe you can just whip off something like this in an evening. Very impressive.

Nice arrangement and subject matter! Beauty + death. Your use of colour is to be commended as well -- I like the mahogany-ish tones of the skull versus the caramel-yellowy background.

Getting back into a former genre is always a bit odd, like working a muscle you haven't exercised in ages. *This* is pretty damn good -- much more attention to detail than I'd have the patience for!
