I got a second job at my friend's chinese restaurant. Washing Dishes. It's a great job. Really. It's the only job I know where I can sing out loud, in Chinese, without anyong else looking at me like a nut job. They all sing at the kitchen. Not the waitresses, or the boss, but pretty much everyone else

I washed dishes in Unit 3 once. It was fun. There is something very gratifying about seeing instant results. If you were a string theorist you could toil for years without much of anything.

i washed dishes in this roach infested place it was the worst job ever, but i got some really good stories out of it. I started a group called The Dish Washers Association of America, you can join if you want. you do not have to do anything and there are no meetings or anything. there are about 20 members across the U.S. just let me know..
