Once again a mountainous range of cloth
shields the matress from prying eyes.
Crossing each other,
over lapping black and white sheets.
Natural monotone colors
hiding the truth below.

We stand and together
strip the matress bare.
Layer by layer unfolding
and revealing the nakedness
of the flowered pattern bed.

Underneath the coldness of
your stare awaits the warmth of spring.
Snuggled beneath shields
which protect you from the sharp
sword of winter's breath
a smile hides in your heart.

Folded and pressed once again
sheet upon sheet we hide the
secret longing in our hearts.
Fearing the cold rejection
seeds of love wait dorment
beneath the masks we place
on our face.

Blue eyes meet,
then quickly turn.
I thank you...
but you are already gone.
Once again hidden
behind a mask- the name of Yil.
