I read Kevin Smith's "Quiver" run on Green Arrow today. In the preface, it's mentioned that a lot of people criticized it for being too mired in Green Arrow continuity. I liked Quiver. It was by far not the best GA I've read, but I give Smith a B+ for effort.

Oh, I'm sure it's not the best GA out there, but clearly using continuity isn't as problematic as some people think.
