Hmm. Personally, I'd be the most interested in the institutions. The founding of grammar schools sounds really interesting. Or how about the founding of finishing schools for women? Or is that too late for you. Still, the history of institutions as institutions is interesting.

Finishing schools are too late, yeah. The institutional stuff is tempting, but it's unfortunately where I'm sketchiest, sourcewise.
