Cody secretly searched every freaking where for an old out of print children's book I was really attached to as a kid and surprised me with it. As it happened, it was the wrong one, but it's a cute book and I totally love the effort he put into finding it

The sought book was called "Puddle Duck." (Not Beatrix Potter's "Jemima Puddle-duck")

Cody eventually theorized that the reason the book was nowhere was that my dad had distorted the title in our memories and dug up "The Duck Who Loved Puddles," which is very cute.
