So you want people to have the lease transferred to them/taken over by them? And how does that work? Does the management run the screening and then we do the transfer?
Let me know, I am kinda tired of my student housing apt.

I want someone to sign onto the lease. My boyfriend and I are willing to remain on the lease for the duration, but we will be in Mississippi. The lease is up October 28th, at which point whoever is on it can opt to renew, do month-to-month, or simply move out.
There is an application, $35 fee. Unless you're a felon or have really horrible renting history I don't think there'd be a problem getting approved. The apartment policy is that the combined income of those living here must equal at least 2 1/2 times the rent. My boyfriend and I had that on our own; it's not a problem if you've got a roommate or two if you were to renew the lease.
You could move in when we move out (July 12) and rent will already have been paid for that month as well. It's a pretty sweet deal for anyone looking to get away from wherever they are now.

Yeah, i am tired of my university housing apt. Is there a way we could arrange to meet so I can see the apt, and if it works for me, I can even decide right then and then. Where is the apt located?
