My Johnny had jury duty all week.  We were both bummed out that he had to miss so much class and work, and that he would have to spend all day, every day this week stuck in the court house.  But today (er, yesterday) the jury sentenced a murderer to many many years behind bars.  What they did was so important, and I'm very proud of him for doing

Jury duty sounds exciting but it's probably a lot of waiting and stuff. My mom always gets picked because she's a minority but strangely I've never gotten a summons.
