I cannot stand living in this apartment one minute longer. Ugh! Not only do I have mice and giant waterbugs that jump at me in the shower, but now there are roaches in the kitchen, and half the stuff in this building doesn't work (door knobs, water pipes, electrical outlets...). perhaps you could consider moving to a place a bit away from the CBD but has much better facilities? it's a bit at the beginning but u'll have better sleep! : )
and metropolis... they're all the same!! here, i spent half of my wages for rent... ah, i've the sense that all my hard works, they're still not enough to feed those bankers and realty traders.

I think you're right, this is a good idea. There are lots of big, airy, sunny apartments that aren't in Manhattan proper, and make a commute to work, but I think it would be worth it. I think I'm tired of the bugs and the high, high prices.

Oh, so true! I've spent half my wages on rent, as well! Just terrible. When I'm feeling particularly angry, I think about all those bankers and traders, and envision terrible things happening to them. ;) Then I think about marrying them for their prime real estate and money, which is even worse. *g*

ah, that actually sounds a great plan! u know, divide and conquer!! and take away those pretty houses from them when u dump them and see how they would deal with the bugs! :)
