I have everything ready for making my Thai beef noodle salad, except:

There's a bug in my kitchen!!!

Joe doesn't get home this evening until after 6 and I can't go in there until after the bug issue is taken care of. By someone other than me.

Anyone want to come over and smoosh a bug?

poor buggie nothing! That's what he gets for coming into my house and scaring the bejeezus out of me.

I have an extreme phobia against cockroaches and here in Georgia we get those monster three-inch ones that fly and hiss. I was actually unable to enter my kitchen until Joe came home and confirmed that it was gone. I'm still very wary since I don't think he's really gone for good.

Terminix is the best. For a small fee, they'll be sure nothing creepy or crawly ever comes into your home again. I got my house treated a few weeks ago and haven't seen a single bug. Awesome. AND they come back for free if I see any bug of any sort.

We have the apartment maintenance that comes by and does all that. We don't have an issue at all with the small roaches that infest places. But what can you do with those big ones that crawl from outside.

So much for having three cats in the house! They're no help at all.
