Oh man, I loved Care Bears so damn much as a kid. That and Rainbow Brite, which I still absolutely plan to rewatch and possibly write fic for at some point because fuck you, world, kiddie shows can be awesome too. So if you write Care Bears darkfic, I may retaliate with Rainbow Brite darkfic. Be warned.

And the Animorphs, gah. I reread that series recently and cried like six times, I forgot how dark some of the topics it went into were. YA fiction = also often awesome.

Oh gosh, I mussst reread the full Animorphs series sometime soon. I think I have every single book, but it's been ages since I've touched them. Even before I knew what fandom was, they were my LIFE, sdjfsd. In retrospect, Ax is kind of like my..... spirit animal. CINNAMON BUNSSSS. But rather than having a specific 'favourito character', I believe I just had fixations on Vissers One and Three, and the Hork-Bajir in general.

You really should. It's amazing, especially if read all at once while details are still fresh in your mind. It just does not ever forget past plot points or pull its punches and that makes me all tingly. ♥

My spirit animal has been Tobias since like, grade six. I am still completely in love with his character. And the Chee. If I were to write for that fandom it would either be angsty Rachel/Tobias or Chee gen!fic. CANINE ANDROIDS. PUPPIES. AND ANDROIDS.
