So sorry for taking so long axlsart! Here is that yummy bread recipe of mine - nothing fancy, just plain white bread goodness. Mmmmmm...

Pancakes!

2c Flour
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 c Milk
2 eggs

Mix dry ingredients together, then beat in milks and eggs. Usually I end up adding closer to 2 cups of milk though.. You want to add enough to get it to a nice pancake-like consistancy. I like to have mine a little bit runnier (ore like crepe batter) because it makes thinner, nicer pancakes. mmmm.

If you want, yo ucan add stuff in like blueberries, or chocolate chips. Sometimes I'll add apple sauce and cinimun... if you do that, you'll want to omit some of the milk in proportion to your sauce because of the runniness.

To bake, do it over a nice medium-low heat, in a frying pan. Fry in butter. Spoon them into the pan, and you want to let them fry.. you kow that they are ready to turn when you can see bubbles forming and popping on the top of the pancake. Then flip it over and cook it up just to finish (takes not as long as the first side)

Yummmm pancakes!
