Was a little annoyed that C thought that his texting at the desk was worse than him literally swearing at me in front of a patron. TEXTING > VERBAL ABUSE wtf wtf what is my life.

Verbal abuse in front of patrons is never on. In fact verbal abuse of cow-orkers is not good anyway. That more than anything should get him a smackdown.

Texting is something that should be confined to off duty times.

He deserves a good kick up the arse...
