Was going to a party the other night when my friend mentioned that one of her friends there that I've met once previously had gone into remission from her lymphoma a few months back, and that we should swap cancer stories. She also mentioned that maybe I might not want to bring it up right away, in case she was still sensitive about it.

It is the day after Thanksgiving.
This is pretty much how I feel.
High point of the day was my sister staring mournfully at the television and announcing her desie to become Ms. Trunchbull when she grows up.
The horses are wearing blankets. They are highly confused by this development.

There's a part in FMA where Olivia Armstrong finally snaps and kills somebody that's been annoying her for a good forty pages or so. She's been behaving with the utmost decorum prior to this moment. Woke up with the distinct displeasure of being unable to close my jaw due to the tissue surrounding my budding wisdom tooth getting infected again. Drat.
