wow tomorrow is already Christmas Eve. I didn't even realize it till i looked at my calendar this afternoon. when i was a little kid i'd start counting down when the first of december came around. I could hardly contain my excitment as the 24th drew nearer, and the week before Christmas felt longer than any other week of the year. ...but with the past couple of years, Christmas has lost a lot of its...magic. My brothers and I no longer leave out cookies for Santa and attempt to stay up in order to hear his sleigh land on our roof. We don't make up stories of how we heard reindeer above our rooms in the middle of the night, or spend countless hours playing with the numerous new toys we recieved. Now all we do is sit around with a few relatives, open presents which we picked out ourselves, already know what are inside the boxes. ...i miss being a kid.

sooooo anyways...the past couple of days have consisted of me sorting hundreds of x-ray prints of MRI results into alphabetical order...which is a blast considering that they weigh a ton. seriously, if you get a decent sized pile of those and try to move it, you can pull a muscle. I've also been reading, watching TV, and being completly lazy and doing nothing.

Saw The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe (Narnia) tonight...I really liked it. there were a couple of things that they did with the sound/music that i didn't like, but besides that it was really good. the score was beautiful, special effects were amazing, and the acting and story were goood. I used to watch the old versions of the movies (they were made in 89-90something) all the time when i was younger...i loved them, but as you can immagine they were very poorly made. this one was soooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better.

so yeah, now that i've babbled on for a while...Merry Christmas! (or whatever holiday you celebrate!)
