Big 3 Bailout (or lack thereof)

I'm still not totally sure what to think of the lack of the bailout for the big 3 automakers.

On one hand, they have been stupid for years.

On the other hand,it was okay to bail out all those banks.

The same thoughts have run through my mind. My final conclusion is I want GM to make it so my dad can keep his pension.
