I've started working out again. I feel really good. I also just picked up "The Biggest Loser: Boot Camp". It's really good and kicks your ass. I checked it out of the library and liked it so I bought it and I also picked up "The Biggest Loser: Weight Loss Yoga". I haven't tried that one, but considering that I've liked all the other biggest loser workouts I figured I just get it anyway. I can do this one on my non weight lifting days.
I should try to lose weight. In fact, I think that there's a threat that anyone who hasn't lost weight by Christmas either takes their own car or stays home instead of going to Battle Creek. It was cramped this year.
