Today is the first day of the two week experiment of the "ADD Diet". Avoiding dairy, avoiding really processed carbs (white bread, sugary stuff, etc), avoiding MSG and HFCS and processed meats.

Not a tough diet unless you are on the go.

Also tough when I realize there are no eggs and such. I need to find some time to go shopping.

I can get behind most of that but why cut out dairy? As things go cheese isn't so very bad for you and a delicious way to keep some lipids in your diet.

I'm testing it to see if it affects me. I have some reactions to certain foods though I'm not sure which - in the sinuses and such - and I'm fairly sure at the very least I'm intolerant to lactose in large doses. So two weeks isn't going to hurt me to cut it down and see if I feel -better- for avoiding it.

If that doesn't seem to do anything, then I won't avoid it afterwards!

fair enough. and a double shot over ice with a splash of soy is very moderately priced at good beans
