And now I feel kind of bad about the fact that I've spent all day lounging doing nothing in my lethargy instead of writing another chapter to make up for this short one. It almost makes me want to get off my ass and do it. Almost. :P

I have absolutely no problem with your lacking a life. It benefits the rest of us because then you post double updates and it makes us happy. And yes, I feel like I can speak for everyone when I say that this story makes us happy.

I love protective!Quinn. That particularly makes me very happy. And Rachel is so adorkable in her wanting to impress Quinn but not wanting to seem too eager. Rachel embrace it, you're always over-eager. It's you.

I know that I always comment on Quinn (can't help it, I love her) but I really, really like the way you write Rachel. Really in character. That Barbara part crack me up because it's so Berry.
