I'm lying in bed. Been in bed since yesterday night after dinner. Wanted to watch a film on my laptop but really couldn't bring myself to look at the screen. All I did today was get out of the bed for breakfast and I came right back to sleep. Been meaning to post on lj since yesterday but the inertia to write was too strong.

you know, i read you and i feel you. that said, you should really go out and educate SOME of these volunteers sometimes. even if it's just to visit a school where service learning is actually taken seriously and have them understand why these things don't work the way they do. educate some teachers about it too, perhaps.

sometimes people don't understand it cos they don't see it and they don't realise that it's like you said. still, you do what you do well - keep doing it!
