Muffin wants to let everbun know that the rainbow bridge is a great place to be. As usual with members of the Hairy Mob, Scoot has taken Muffin in paw, and is making a great fuss, and is trying to explain to everybun up here where Scotland is (which is where Muffin originally came from)
