It's about time I posted something, so here it goes-

Last week I went to my first book signing: D.J. MacHale, formerly of Are You Afraid of the Dark, now writing the Pendragon series (which is excellent). He was really interesting, and very friendly. The event, like everything he's worked on, was awesome. It was kind of neat to be the first person ( Read more... )

Oh, that's cool. I hope no one shoots him... XD It's so cool to think of all the people that worked on both shows. ::wants to work in TV sooo bad now::

I can't even get through watching "All You Can Eaty" without going into a flying rant about everything absolutely wrong with the episode... and pretty much not finishing it. >.> I wish you good luck!
I need to get around to capping eps again... I'm in the middle of "Nowhere Man".

For me, it's like I almost like the idea of the pranksters, and I almost like the idea of having a dangerous creature on board like that, but it comes off so stupid. It would probably end up being not so good anyway, but we got what we got.

I started that and "Runaway" one night, and as soon as I finished the AYCE teaser, I found out that I was late to apply for my degree, so I was actually angrier than I needed to be about that, since it was affected by the "Eaty" experience. Oh well.

The ideas aren't so horrible. It's the blatant out-of-character things that are said/done that make me want to beat someone with a large stick. Davenport especially is what irks me, so OOC. ::could write an essay with references on this:: So much about it makes me want to raaaant.

See? Eaty is never good. >.> Hopefully you can apply later?

That's exactly it! Grrr. I guess that's what happens when somebody who knows nothing about the show writes for it.

Even though Eaty screwed me over, it worked out okay degree-wise. :)
