you can't kill yourself for eating what you really want to eat sometimes girl! that's what creates a spiral of guilt.
i'm getting better again about what i eat. Subway is again about 50% of my meals a week (i'm eating a sandwich right now). love yourself for being gluttonous... just teach yourself to balance it with portion control ;-)
