here since I'm terrible at explaining phonetic pronunciation XD; It's basically the same way you'd say "Elizabeth", just. Skipping the "abeth".

The way you'd say it in French is, uhm, as if the E was an Ay sound and the s a z? so it ends up Ay-lyze? Idk I am terrible at this.
