We laid there together and watched the states pop up on the screen....

Blue, Blue, Blue. Blue.....

We kept looking at each other like "any minute, Mccain is gonna pass us by..."

and it didn't happen. And we were sooooooo happy.

His speech was so powerful. Seeing all of those people there to support him was really moving.

it's a shame about amendment 2, though. I stole so many yes on two signs for nothing.

Finally someone who can lead

It was such a great and historical moment that we all witnessed.
I definitely agree that the country was finally able to realize the seriousness of our current situation and was able to put partisan politics aside to vote for the candidate that would be best for the country as a whole. I hope that these sentiments will continue to live on.
