Everybody’s Arashi

Jan 06, 2012 16:42

I apologize for my all too frequent posts waxing poetic about the boys, it’s just that, I’m madly in love with them. So, so much more than when I first met them! Anyway, this would be the last because I do plan to become human again after turning to jelly from too much flailing. LOL.

I realized that the reason why people love Arashi as a whole, as ( Read more... )

And another interesting post! ^.^ I really like the way you express your opinions and thoughts, you are very clear! ^.^ Also, you write what I think too, so it’s nice to read someone else expressing my own thoughts! XD
Each of them in Arashi is really different from the other and five of them make a complete group, like you said, we need all the five types in our lives! Also, I think that everybody would love to have such a group of friends, it would make life complete, with the different kind of people we need and when we watch them we see the realization of that dream! ^.^

They are unique and they make up a group wherein, if one is not present, there would be a glaring hole. It is my dream, too, to have such a group pf friends, but if I don't get to, I'll always have these boys and I really feel blessed for having them. As I know you are, too. :-)

NEVER STOP POSTING THESE BEAUTIFULLY ARTICULATED FLAIL POSTS OK

(I would add one small thing that is embodied both by Jun and Sho- we all need someone to worry about us and take care of us sometimes, and both Sho and Jun have very motherly qualities to them, which pretty much rounds out the picture of a perfect group of friends)

I don't mean to stop because the boys give me so many reasons to flail but this will be the last for quite a while. :-)

Thank you for pointing that out. Yes, both have motherly qualities to themselves. Jun likes making, or simply dividing food among the members and Sho texts the members all the time, giving encouragement and/or congratulatory messages and watches all their activities. :-)

This was beautiful. I think the fandom needs more wonderfully insightful posts like this about why we love our boys. I think sometimes we forget, until a wonderful fan like you reminds us.

We love our boys in so many different ways but we love them ardently all the same. I wish I could be as creative as the other fans (the fiction and fanart I have seen are amazing) but this is the only way I know how, by stringing words out of this loving feeling. Thank you for reading. :-)

I read this last night and it made me tear up a little. XD I love how your entries about Arashi are always so insightful. It makes me happy to know that I'm not the only one out there (...I mean of course I'm not, but it's nice to be reminded) who thinks this much about them. "And sometimes, they are the very kind of people we dream of becoming." <- This line especially rings true for me. I cannot begin to describe what wonderful (and yet very, very eccentric) role models Arashi have been for me in the past two years. ^_^

Knowing Arashi has done so many wonderful things to me. I have learned a lot from them. My eyes are turning to water as I type this, recalling that I caught Arashi at a time when I needed them in my life. I'm happy to be able to share this understanding with you, this understanding that the boys can really mean so much to us because they inspire us in countless and profound ways. They are my role models, too. :-)

I'm not a person who cries easily, but I often find myself overtaken with emotion regarding these boys. They are quite the role models, and I pray every day that they'll continue being so wonderful. I think, for me, that Arashi has taught me to be more comfortable in my own skin. We see them laugh and mess up, cry and embarrass themselves, and yet we love them all the more for it. It doesn't have to do with their looks (though they are very pretty) but rather the fact that they pick up and keep moving forward. I love that they are so able to easily laugh at themselves. ^.^

The boys tap our emotions even with the simplest things they do. They make me cry all the time. I just feel very grateful. I may not have expensive material goods but I feel so lucky, so blessed that I have these five people in my life. They have been cheering me on ever since I got to know them. Their drive and the effort they put into everything they do amaze me to no end.

And then, they are so pretty, too. All of them! Kyaaa! We are such lucky people for having known them. :-)

"Everybody loves Aiba! Old men, grannies, kids, Yonekura Ryoko-" FTW!

I agree with the rest of the comments here. We need more insightful thoughts on why the fandom is so deep in love with Arashi. Beyond the faces, beyond the smiles, beyond the sparkly or transparent outfits. Why?

Thanks for the post. ::)

Personally, beyond all the things you mentioned above, I love the boys because they have very attractive, well-defined, magnetic personalities. Personality trumps everything, if you ask me. :-)

Thank you for reading. :-)
