If you get the highest level in the placement test you can pick your own classes - most of which are likely to be with Japanese students or Chinese students who are reeeeeally good at Japanese.
I wouldn't *highly* recommend it if you are hoping to have useful language classes. Their kanji class is useful...
It's a really nice area to live in though! =3
