I may get around to doing a proper Whitby post; you never know. It was, on the whole, Jolly Good. Fab friends (you know who you are) including some new ones; lots of food and drink (some might say excessive amounts, but we don't listen to them, do we??) and random bizarre purchases - I might, for instance, have accidentally bought a ukelele and ( Read more... )

Glad we managed to make it to that cake place on Monday - must go back when I'm more hungry... ;-)

Any further thoughts on Nightmare Before Christmas? Tickets are selling quickly...

I think we are quite interested, what do we need to do - does one of us book accommodation and tickets or do we all do it simultaneously? If you want to book we can send you a cheque or whatever straight away?

One of us needs to book accommodation and tickets. I'm quite happy to do the booking, I'll just put it on my credit card, that way I won't have to pay it until next month... ;-)

If we go for 4-person self catering, it comes to £170 each (festival ticket plus three night accommodation). Room only is slightly cheaper, but self-catering sounds like it's worth the extra money...

Shall I go ahead and book it?

Sounds good to me, do you have a fourth person in mind? I agree that self-catering should be worth the extra. Go for it and let us know when you want the money sending and how!

(I managed to post that anonymously in my own lj by replying without realising I wasn't logged in first..d'oh!!)
