Hikaru curled up against the body next to his. His slender arms encircled themselves around the thin figure and pulled it closer so he could bury his nose in the crook of Kouta's neck.
Playfully he kissed the older man's collarbone, but no reaction to his advances was given.
"Kou," he spoke, demanding, "I know you're awake."
A smile cracked on Kouta's face and long fingers intertwined themselves with Hikaru's. "It's early, what's wrong?"
There was no answer given, only a pout that was kissed away quickly.
Kouta chuckled softly, "you're never so needy in the morning, speak up."
Hikaru sighed, his tender features showing a slight trace of the man being troubled. "I just need to know you'll be with me every morning when we wake up and I'll be able to do this."
Kouta grinned, untangling their hands so he could brush the soft strands of brown hair out of Hikaru's face. "Whether you want it or not, starting today and every day that will be followed by that; I'll be there."
