One thing that I love about Suikoden is the way a lot of characters are sort of... fans, or even stalkerfans, of others. ( Character-spoiler examples. )
Don't know if you noticed on the infiltration plan. Did you notice the marking she used on where the cannon thing is. It's the same marking as in Suiko I where they marked where the major battle is.
Think about how many heroes have sidekicks, but no one EVER pays attention to the bond between the hero and the sidekick UNLESS they're going to slash them. Why slash them? Why not admit that there's a kind of relationship there that's totally valid and healthy without having to do with sex?
