I don't know what to say. I feel sort of empty. I just keep crying. I am glad I got to see her when I came home to visit and I am so sorry I was not there for the last months of her life

Your mom tells me you will arrive home on Wednesday. The service is at 4pm on Thursday. My family and I will see you at the service. I know your time home will be short, but we would loveto visit with you. We will try to slip you some chocolate chip cookies before you go back.
Yes, this sucks. Life is not fair. And yet we must go on living our lives. Kristen and Caitlin would expect nothing less of us. They want us to be happy but they understand our need to grieve. So, let the tears flow, let the your feelings be felt, let your family and friends warm your soul with their love.
Kristen and Caitlin will forever live in our hearts. Tell their stories, often. Laugh at the funny parts, cry at the sad, and cheer at the heroic moments. They love us as much as we love them.
I know there's nothing I can say that will make this any easier, but please know that there are people holding you all in the light.
I wish I could be there with you all, but I'm in Northern Ireland and won't be home until May 7th. If there's anything that I can do, please tell me. And if the YAF community can do anything, I'm more than willing to bring an action item to our next business meeting (which is in mid may).
Does anyone know how Alex is doing? The last I heard was what was on Ron's lj.
My god, it's been a hard few years to be a YF. We love you guys so much-- if there's anything at all I can do, let me know.
Alex is recovering. I just found out about the accident and I'm crying so much... I didn't even know Kristen, but just... it's so upsetting. *huggles Jenny* <3 Casey D.
