...And, as always, I was reaffirmed in my Sam/Sybil OTP. Everyone knows that my ships almost all ignore canon (if not jump up and down on canon with hobnailed boots on), but Sam Vimes is awesome and Sybil Ramkin-Vimes is Awesome (yes, with a capital A), and together they are made of WIN.

I'm re-reading the Honor Harrington series, and... well, you know that part of Mission of Honor? You know, that part?

Tangled has been playing on the TVs by Toys this week. I was over there on Saturday, and as soon as I heard what was on, I was so excited.

But it's a good movie! And like all Disney movies, it has a catchy soundtrack!

I recently read Out of the Dark by David Weber (of Honor Harrington fame). On the face of it, it seems like your typical "evil invading aliens get pwned by humans" plot. And it goes that way for nearly all of the book.

I was reading The Lost Duke of Windham by Julia Quinn, and I had to put the book down and just laugh for, like, a minute. Because the word "truthiness", in all its splendor, stared up at me from the dialogue.
